ModeratorAbsolutely! With Dashboard Builder, you can let ChatGPT do most of the work.
Just import your file, connect your OpenAI API key, and tell ChatGPT what you want. For example:
“Create a sales dashboard.”
“Show monthly revenue trends.”
“Add KPIs for total sales, profit, and orders.”
“Compare sales by region.”ChatGPT analyzes your data and automatically creates the charts, KPIs, tables, and dashboard layout for you. If you want to make changes, just ask in plain English. No SQL or coding required.

ModeratorSetting up a KPI dashboard effectively is crucial to getting actionable insights. Here are five common mistakes to avoid:
1. Choosing the Wrong KPIs: Make sure your KPIs are aligned with your team’s strategic goals. Avoid vanity metrics—like general traffic numbers—that may look good but don’t truly reflect performance.
2. Overloading with Data: Too much information can be overwhelming. Limit your dashboard to essential metrics (usually 5-7 key KPIs) to keep it focused and actionable.
3. Ignoring the Audience’s Needs: Tailor dashboards for different departments. For instance, executives may want high-level metrics, while team leads need more granular details.
4. Using Outdated Data: Real-time data is key for a responsive strategy. Ensure your dashboard updates in real-time or close to it so decisions are based on the latest information.
5. Poor Design Choices: A cluttered or overly complex design can hinder comprehension. Keep the visuals clean, using intuitive graphs and consistent color-coding for easier interpretation.

ModeratorIt seems that you are using a headerless, data-only Excel file. If so then you should define headers in your file and then use it.

ModeratorBy default, WordPress doesn’t allow you to run PHP code in posts or pages. However, you can insert the PHP code generated by the dashboard builder through a third-party plug-in such as Insert PHP Code Snippet. You also need to copy all the required files i.e inc/dashboard.php to the wp-content/plugins/insert-php-code-snippet folder, if you want to use this plugin.
